I am a business consulting professional with extensive experience advising both domestic and international companies operating in Cambodia. I currently serve as a Legal Associate and Senior Legal Advisor at iLAW CAMBODIA LAW OFFICE, an Approved Person in the Trust Sector (2026–2028), and an Authorized Certificate of Origin (CO) Agent.

Previously, I served as the Managing Partner’s Assistant at MENG & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE (2023–May 2025) and as an Assistant to the Commercial Law Group at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), Cambodia (2023–2024).

My areas of expertise include commercial law, investment law, tax law, labor law, consumer protection law, and competition law. I have extensive experience in dispute resolution, mediation, litigation, and cross-border legal matters, including matters involving Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs), Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs), and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).

In addition to providing business advisory services, I assist businesses with regulatory compliance, legal research, Certificate of Origin (CO) applications, company registration, licensing, and a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
