Linda S. Khan
I am an academic scholar and business globalist who is dedicated to the science of shaping more positive socio-cultural perceptions around the world. I believe that the new building blocks for creating a harmonious “global mindset” will only come when cross-cultural communication is better understood.
Presently, I am completing my master’s degree at Duquesne University in Global Leadership, but I am an expatriate who has lived and worked successfully in South Asia for many years. I embrace cultural diversity with a passion and know that sharing our wonderful cultures, traditions, and talents will ultimately lead to a better world.
Globalization and technology has changed the world rapidly, my future goal is to help dimensiononalize cultural diversity, so all nations and societies can better understand and appreciate one another. If the world is to continue to sustain all living creatures, we have to transform our misunderstandings and stereotyping attitudes into positive and holistic intercultural communications.
In the future, my creative and global entrepreneurial experiences will hopefully benefit the organization that I dedicate my life to. I also hope to teach "cultural diversity" one day at the university level, and I believe that my exotic journeys and academic achievements will help bridge the gap between cultures that don’t understand how similar all of us really are.
