Aimen Khan

Having a professional experience of more than 11 years now, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the key public and private organisations of Pakistan. I have served in the electronic media field for many years and contributed tosensitising the viewers about their fundamental rights as citizens of the country through the current affairs Programmes that I have produced.

I have been running two successful youth projects - Youth Parliament Pakistan and Youth Provincial Assembly Punjab and training young women and men from all over Pakistan in democratic and political affairs of Pakistan. I have also managed state-to-state Parliamentary Dialogues primarily focusing on Pakistan-Afghanistan relations. I have worked on various projects that include Access to Justice for marginalised communities, particularly women, minorities and youth, Civil-Military Dialogue towards building a sustainable democratic process in Pakistan.

I have been to taking Parliamentary and youth delegations to Kabul and Copenhagen respectively. I have also worked to sensitise legislatures in polio eradication from Pakistan.

I write articles for leading English dailies of Pakistan.
