About Me
I am an IT professional with expertise in networking, system administration, and IT support, currently working in the retail industry at a bookstore. My responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, supporting POS and ERP systems, and overseeing security devices such as cameras and biometric attendance systems.

I hold certifications in CCNA and MCSA and have participated in a city-level network administration competition. My technical expertise covers DevOps, networking, and system automation, and I am actively studying CCNP, Docker, Proxmox, and Apache NiFi to further advance my skills.

I have extensive experience in HR systems and attendance management, overseeing 50+ biometric devices and developing automation tools to streamline attendance code generation. Additionally, I manage ServiceDesk, IT Inventory, Meeting, and Desktop Central systems while maintaining their databases.

I also specialize in Python programming, which I use for automation, data processing, and system management. Alongside my technical growth, I am improving my English skills, focusing on vocabulary and grammar to enhance my professional opportunities.

Currently, I am seeking opportunities in a larger environment with better compensation, where I can apply my expertise while continuing to develop in DevOps and IT management.
