My name is Khuram Khan and I am passionate about Rewards, Learning and developemnt.
On the rewards front I have experience in Fixed/ Variable pay plans, Benefits, Executive Compensation, Job Evaluation and Analysis, Work-life balance programs, and performance management.
One the L&OD side, I am passionate about competency deveopment, training need analysis, personality profiling, ROI of training programs, building role profiles, and mapping learning progression for individual growth.
I have worked with various global organizations like Pepsi Cola for their West Asia Business Unit (Includes Middle East, and Pakistan), and BP. I have also worked in multiple global locations and have a good idea of geographic and cultural sensitivities.
I am a strong believer of learning from diversity of talents and cultures that surround us. My passion took me to nearly 30 countries across, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe, and I believe I have just started my journey.
I am fluent in English and Urdu. Having lived in Paris for about 3 years, I have gained moderate knowledge of French. I also have basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, and Arabic.
