Hi, I’m Nitin Khanna—an entrepreneur, investor, and builder at heart. Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career to creating businesses that challenge the status quo and deliver lasting impact. From technology to wellness, my passion lies in identifying opportunities, scaling innovative ventures, and empowering others to succeed.

I started my journey in Chandigarh, India, and later moved to the U.S. to pursue degrees in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Armed with an engineer’s mindset and a desire to solve real-world problems, I co-founded Saber Corp., a company that transformed state government solutions. Leading Saber to its $460M acquisition by EDS was a milestone that taught me the power of scaling with purpose.

Since then, I’ve founded ventures like MergerTech, a boutique M&A firm helping tech entrepreneurs achieve meaningful exits, and Cura Cannabis Solutions, which became the largest cannabis oil provider in the U.S. Today, I continue to explore new markets through projects like El Cristiano Tequila, Social CBD, and Artha—a modern wellness sanctuary.

What drives me is the intersection of innovation and sustainability. I believe businesses should not only grow but also give back, leaving a positive imprint on their communities. I’m a strong advocate for mentorship and enjoy working with aspiring entrepreneurs to help them navigate their journeys.
