Kim Hannan

I am a strategic business leader with the proven ability to lead all aspects of the Human Resources function. I have significant international experience and have led the HR function in Canada, US and Europe. I have worked in senior HR positions where I have developed corporate HR strategic plans and lead national and international change programs. I have designed numerous corporate initiatives including leadership development, total rewards and succession planning programs. I am a progressive thinker with the ability to align Human Resources strategies to ensure business objectives are operational and corporate objectives are achieved

I am currently interested in pursuing an opportunity where I can continue to use the business acumen, HR knowledge and leadership expertise that I have developed. As my experience has been diverse, I believe that I will be equally successful with rapidly growing entrepreneurial firms and large highly-matrixed global organizations.
