He has vast diversified executive experience of +36 years in senior management positions (1976 to 2012); last job with Haleeb Foods Limited as Director Corporate Affairs; Nirala Dairies as GM Finance & Plant; MS Reshmatex Limited as Chief Operating Officer and Haier Pakistan as General Manager. He retired from Haleeb Foods on 12 March 2012 and joined family business on a full-time basis.

He has attended numerous courses, workshops and seminars on Strategic Planning, Projects Management, Financial Management, HR Management, QA Systems, Systems Planning & Development and Corporate Affairs. He has also conducted various in-house trainings.

Khawaja Amir is managing the affairs of AH since its inception, and has supervised all the projects during this period. He has diversified supervision and field
experience; and extensive exposure to designing, construction and estate
management.
