• Ensure compliance to all corporate directives, SOPs and management instruction given time as regards to safety and security of the store.

• Manage and ensure continuous improvement of all security matters in particular against shoplifting, theft, pilferage, robbery, fraud, trespassing, vandalism or any other specific criminal actions against the interest.

• identify and intimate the trouble areas and short comings as regards to safety, security or any other matter against the interest of the store and come up with the proactive solution to support the operations.

• Keep DM security and store manager informed of all activities or incidents counter productive towards corporate interest.

• Ensure proper attendance and shift management of third party security staff.
