Mother Nature’s Recipes was born out of one mother’s difficult transition into the overwhelming world of motherhood.
After an incredibly emotional struggle in trying to get her milk to come in after childbirth and being met with feelings of intense isolation, Kheyla Anderson decided she wanted to create a way that other mums didn’t ever have to go through the same thing alone.
Mother Nature’s Recipes was created out of a genuine need to support mums in a more personal, multi-dimensional way, to cater to a variety of needs in order to remind mums of how incredible they are.
Mother Nature’s Recipes wants to help mum’s to take their identity back and feel incredible in doing so. From March 2016 we will provide prenatal, postnatal and beginner to intermediate Hatha yoga and Pilates classes from a beautiful studio in Balham. We are aiming to launch various other child friendly exercise regimes (such as buggy exercise, bootcamp and body conditioning classes) throughout 2016.
We are also currently finalising the recipes for our range of pregnancy and lactation snacks, specially designed to aid in raising energy levels for those tireder stages of pregnancy and encourage new mothers breastmilk supply.
