This is done by either providing training or custom software development services. I have more than 15 years of experience working in the PDF environment for companies large and small. Even Adobe thinks that I know their application: I earned their Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) for Acrobat and Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) for Acrobat credentials, they also named me an Adobe Community Professional (ACP).
