Kathleen Hong

I graduated in 3.5 years with honors from Boston University in January 2012 with a BA in English and a BS in Communications. My educational and early professional background is in writing and marketing, but I jumped into the field of healthcare software implementation after I heard the tech industry was big into changing the patient experience and building indoor slides.
