Currently working as a Medicare Billing Representative for Novacare Rehabilitation located in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. In this position i have learned to multi-task between collections and Medicare and Secondary insurance billing. I am also held accountable for outstanding balances, correcting previously billed claims, and verifying any required documentation is on file for the Illinois Market. Prior to working at Novacare Rehabilitation, I was a Additional Authorizations Representative for Universal SmartComp. This position entailed obtaining additional authorization from Workers Comp insurances to the physical therapy providers. I also scheduled patients to in network providers and created account files.
