Filmmaking is a creative medium that can impact one’s perspective about a particular subject, topic, or issue. I desire for every woman regardless of age, race, or income status to have a voice in media. I want to create films that inspire an emotional reaction from a film. Storytelling is a powerful motivation tool in addition to being an artistic expression. I take pride in producing content with meaningful insight, whether publicly known or frequently ignored. There will always be multiple interpretations of genres ranging from romance, humor, realism, or fantasy. However, it’s important for society to recognize, understand, and appreciate a woman’s point-of-view in a dominant male reality; this fact will always be expressed in cinematography.
