Hey, I'm Kian, and if I had to sum myself up in one line, it would be this: I help businesses run better and grow smarter.

Over the past seven years, I've had the privilege of working across some genuinely exciting environments here in Oman and beyond, from running multi-outlet restaurant operations and crafting hospitality marketing campaigns to managing FMCG strategy, conducting large scale consumer research for Mercedes-Benz, and everything in between. My background doesn't fit neatly into one box, and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. The variety has made me sharper, more adaptable, and a lot more useful when things get complicated.

What I actually love doing is getting into the details of how a business works, finding what's slowing things down, what's being overlooked, and what could be done smarter. I've trained teams of fifty, introduced ERP systems that people genuinely wanted to use, built social media communities from zero, and kept operations running smoothly under real pressure. I bring the same energy to a marketing brief as I do to a financial report, because in my experience, the best results come when those two worlds talk to each other.

On the credentials side, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Coventry University I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), with additional training in inbound marketing, business analytics, and innovation. I also speak five languages: English, Persian, French, Arabic, and German, which has been one of the most quietly useful things about my career, especially working in Oman's wonderfully multicultural setting.

Beyond work, I give back through Think Green Oman, a community initiative focused on environmental care and supporting people in need, something I'm genuinely proud to be part of. When I'm not working or volunteering, you'll find me playing guitar or piano, painting, hitting the gym, camping under a clear sky, or deep-diving into market trends for fun. Yes, really.
