In 2011, building regulations were changed regarding solid roofs on conservatories allowing home owners to change their polycarbonate or glass conservatory roof to a new lightweight tiled roof. This is a cost-effective way to convert a room that, previously, may only have been used for a few months of the year, into a room that can be enjoyed all year round whatever the weather or outside temperature.

Quick Kit Build has led the field in supplying state-of-the-art roofing systems that have evolved from that regulation change, and we are now the leading supplier and installer of lightweight tiled roofs throughout the South of England. Our head office and showroom are located in Weston Super Mare, and we have local service teams of installers based throughout the country covering all areas from the Midlands to the South Coast.
