Kiara Williams

Kiara is a 22-year-old Creative Advertising student from Lawrence, Kansas. She is currently studying at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Kiara has known that she wanted to be an artist ever since she was young.

After graduating from high school in 2009, Kiara chose to pursue a Fine Arts degree at Washburn. While in the art program, she completed many courses including drawing, design, art history, digital art media, and printmaking. Although she learned many new things and enjoyed her art courses, she didn’t feel that this was the right path for her.

Upon learning about the Creative Advertising major at Washburn, Kiara knew that it would be the perfect fit for her. The following semester she changed her major to Mass Media and decided to minor in Arrt.

Kiara is very familiar with Adobe Bridge, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Office, iMovie, and iPhoto.

Her other interests include graphic design, webpage design, photography and arts and crafts.
