Midia Kiasat

I’m Midia Kiasat, a Milan-based operations and systems professional working across technical operations, workflow automation, software, AI-assisted systems, logistics, and digital production.

My background combines hands-on operational leadership with technical problem solving. I have managed teams, fleet and warehouse operations, workforce planning, KPIs, budgets, supply-chain processes and continuous improvement in fast-moving environments, while also building and operating digital systems using Python, APIs, cloud infrastructure, automation and AI tooling.

I create systems that make complex work more reliable, traceable and easier to operate. My projects include KAAFFILM, an independent film-festival and digital platform; VERIFRAX, an open architecture for governed execution, verification and machine-action evidence; and INVOCORDER, a system for recording, replaying and verifying machine actions.

My earlier work in Cinema, art direction and visual effects continues to shape how I approach technology: structure matters, but so do clarity, experience and execution.

Today I am focused on roles and collaborations where operations, technology and process improvement intersect especially technical operations, logistics, automation, AI adoption, software systems, workflow design and digital infrastructure.

I work best where something is complex, unfinished or inefficient and needs to be understood, structured and made dependable.
