Kieron Boyle is a global leader on corporate purpose and new models of impact.

In 2023, Kieron became the Chief Executive of the Impact Investing Institute, the UK’s national body for impact investing. Its mission is to make capital markets fit for the 21st century. The Institute works in the UK and internationally to accelerate the amount of capital being channeled to the world’s greatest social and environmental challenges.

From 2016 to 2023, Kieron was the Chief Executive of Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation, one of the world's largest health foundations. Through this period, the foundation became globally recognised for pioneering new ways of improving urban health, as well as transforming its £1 billion investment arm into one of Europe's leading responsible and health impact investors.

Kieron's career has focused on driving real-world change through reshaping the systems around us. He is a serial social innovator, and established Impact on Urban Health, the Access Foundation, the Government Outcomes Lab and the Arts Impact Fund. He also helped bring Giving Tuesday and the B Corp movement to the UK.

Kieron was the UK government's chief advisor on impact investment. Prior to this he worked at No.10 Downing Street, the Department for Business, the Foreign Office and the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit. He started his career at the Boston Consulting Group.

Kieron is a Governor of the Southbank Centre, and sits on the Boards of Big Society Capital and the Design Council. He chairs LIPH — a $7 trillion global alliance of institutional investors working to improve people's health — and also Nesta's Cultural Impact Development Fund. He is a member of the IPPR cross-party Commission into Health and Prosperity.

Kieron was the first ever UK civil servant to be selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
