I am Kifayat Ibne Rahman, a student of English at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), with extensive experience in project coordination, nonprofit leadership, and community development. I combine academic learning with a deep passion for social welfare, youth empowerment, and sustainable development.

Currently, I serve as the President of BUBT Social Welfare Club and the Executive Director of Sanskaran Foundation, where I have led and coordinated 25+ large-scale projects across Bangladesh. These initiatives include disaster relief, medical and emergency assistance, women’s health awareness, blood donation, environmental sustainability, and youth engagement.

Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in leadership, volunteer management, strategic planning, community operations, and public speaking.

1. Understanding Women’s Health (2025 – Present)
Benefited 500+ women in Dhaka through medical guidance, education, and access to healthcare. Conducted in Mirpur-2, Mirpur-12, and Mirpur-13 with participation from medical students and volunteers.

2. Green Environment Initiatives (2024 – Present)
Promoting sustainability through plastic recycling and urban tree plantation. Distributed 300+ saplings using recycled cups and provided saline-water booths to thousands during heatwaves.

3. Free Medical Support (2021 – Present)
Provided healthcare to 200+ patients per campaign across Sirajganj, Tangail, Shariatpur, Kurigram, and Dhaka.
Received official appreciation from local government offices for impactful community health programs.
