I've been teaching an indoor ladies-only boot camp for the past few months and wanted to bring the fun and fitness to my friends who may not want to commit to a monthly membership, already have a regular routine that they enjoy or don't want to pay costly fees. Basically, I think fitness and health should be attainable by everyone, regardless of age or starting ability. Besides, just like with anything else, with practice we can all improve. I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Utah State University and experience as a personal trainer and have worked also in medical settings...but mostly I'm a busy mom and I need creative ways to fit exercise into my day. Boot camp workouts are designed to intense and challenging, but hopefully enjoyable with the support of the fellow campers. It will vary each week, so if you dislike a particular workout one week, it will likely be different the following week. See this link for a brief overview of a bootcamp style workout:
