Raghu Kilambi is an experienced New Economy investor and entrepreneur with over twenty years of global business experience in public and private investments, building businesses and creating shareholder value. Raghu's experience includes operational management, corporate finance, public offerings, strategic acquisitions and investments, international business development, merchant banking and corporate restructuring in sectors including technology, telecom and mobile.

Raghu is currenty a partner and CEO of Kirarv Capital, a multi-family office that makes private and public equity and debt investments globally.

Raghu has raised and invested over $1

billion of equity and debt capital for/into growth private and public companies and has been a senior advisor to a global mobile phone operator on its entrance into the Canadian telecom market.

Raghu has also been a senior officer and director of companies that were awarded Barron's ASAP Magazine Top Ramp Champ awards and Profit Magazine's Top 3 Growth Company awards.

Previously, Raghu was the Co-Founder, CFO and Chief Strategy Officer of a leading first generation VC-backed ASP that grew from startup to $140 million in annual revenues and a peak Nasdaq National market capitalization of over US$2 billion.

Raghu has also been an investor in portfolio companies that were subsequently acquired by Yahoo, Ebay, CGI (GIB: NYSE) and Puritek (China).

Raghu graduated with Great Distinction with a Bachelor of Commerce (University Scholar) and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University and qualified as a Canadian Chartered Accountant. Raghu has also completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School.
