Thomas Hart co-founded Kilpatrick & Hart Ltd, Inc., after leaving a New Jersey financial institution trade association where he worked as a Statistical Financial Analyst, State Savings and Loan Director of Education, and finally as an Executive Vice President. For more than 23 years, Mr. Hart has served Kilpatrick & Hart as President and Chief Executive Officer. Kilpatrick & Hart's team of commercial loan consultants focuses on domestic and international financing concepts, including startup corporations and commercial real estate ventures.

Kilpatrick & Hart, accredited with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey, offers dozens of specialized financing programs, and each program follows the same 8-step loan request process. Guaranteeing their work, Thomas Hart and the team at Kilpatrick & Hart boast more than 100 years of combined experience in marketing, financing, accounting, and administration. Together, they network with more than 200 specialty lender and investors to find funding solutions for commercial project needs like business investment capital, construction loans, and interim bridge financing.

Thomas Hart holds three degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance. Mr. Hart’s work outside of Kilpatrick & Hart over the last 30 years includes service on municipality planning and zoning boards and responsibilities as a Trustee and Director of Ushers at his local Presbyterian Church. Thomas Hart also volunteers as a member of Caring Hearts, Inc., wherein he has visited over 500 open-heart surgery patients each year for the last 11 years.
