March 2014, l started Partnering with Real Estate Giant Megaworld Corporation as a Property Consultant and handled Pre-Selling Condominiums as my primary property listings for sale.

I begin to familiarize and equip myself with strong background in sales as i undergo the sales process over and over each day, from it's life-blood; prospecting to it's boiling point; after sales service, I met and talked with different kinds of people from different backgrounds and social status whether international or local clients, as i continue, from a meek and soft spoken applicant, my poor communication and people skills began to progress to different heights, which i had never imagined i am capable of with the willingness to learn, i became more confident each day.

At the same time i learn relevant facts about My Company, this business, the Real Estate Industry and the Economy, which i found necessary to be more credible handling different objections that would form successful conversions from Prospects to Sales.

I came to learn that in this industry, in this line of profession, the techniques and strategies found effective today, might not be workable or applicable tomorrow. Hence, the need to constantly improve oneself arises in order to cope up with the fast paced changes the industry brings.
Currently, i am based in Makati City. the Country's Center of business and finance holding several property and rental listings inside the Business District. Recently, i started a new project called, Megamakati.weebly.coma website, a blog about Makati.
