Kim is presently the Hotel Manager working with The Domain Hotels. He has developed innovative ideas to attract customers and deliver quality service on time. He trains and develops talent identifying strengths to utilise needs to work on, providing guidance and support. Kim over 30 years of rich experience in operational management, taking full P&L responsibility, and leading diverse teams to attain the highest quality standards with customer focus at the core. He has managed international events including STARS gala dinner, state visits, IMF, and ‘Dubai World Cup’.
