I am the Managing Director of PML Group and a trusted advisor, trainer and expert on procurement, efficiency generation, performance and process improvement and strategy development.
I have over 20 years experience working as both a client and service provider within the public and private sectors which has enabled me to develop the depth and breadth of my knowledge. I have also acted as a 'Critical Friend' and been responsible for the development and implementation of several long term projects, programmes and business strategies for major public and private sector client organisations including Transport for London, Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Circle.
I also have specialist expertise in strategic partnering, asset management, shared services and the development of associated change management programmes and training programmes.
I am actively involved with the Asset Skills Council as vice chair of the FM board and I am a published authority on procurement, change management and partnering.
