Kim Arellano

I am a 41 year old mom of 2 living in the woods in Western Washington State. I ride my horses and volunteer for fun! After leaving a large telecom company in 2008, I stared my own business in consulting. My training is in psychology and systems thinking. I work with clients to advise on trends and behavioral challenges of the workforce. My company, Workforce Evolution, produces workshops, presentations, one on one and organizational consulting.
