I count my blessings daily. God leads my life, and I am walking in his path.

I never inteneded to go into health and wellness marketing, but it happened to become a pattern in my career. I couldn't be happier that it did! I can't imagine how I would be treating my body if I hadn't been enveloped into this industry.

Although my days are spent video editing, graphic designing, campaign planning, content creating, and networking, my focus is 100% about total wellness and sharing that lifestyle with everyone I meet.

Now my world revolves around functional fitness, eating clean, and supplementing my body with only the best products!
