As a multi-media journalist and red carpet correspondent for charity events, Kimberlei Davis has interviewed Academy, Dove, Emmy, Globe, Grammy, Stellar and Tony award winning celebrities and some of the nations top political leaders.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Davis an award winning journalist, has served as a guest media panelist during collegiate forums and has traveled the state of South Carolina speaking to students in secondary education.

She is a former host of "Sunday Morning Inspirations" and public service radio announcer for Gospel 94.5FM.

A native of Harlem, N.Y., Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication with a concentration in print journalism from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC.

After completing studies at Cambridge College in Cambridge, Mass. with a master's degree in education, she worked as a former K12 mainstream and special needs educator and administrator in the North Carolina and South Carolina public school systems.

Her community work spans from serving as a family ambassador for The Palmetto Health Foundation, The University of South Carolina Dance Marathon and Orangeburg County March of Dimes/March for Babies.

She serves on the board of directors for Orangeburg County First Steps and the Orangeburg Consolidated School District 5 Bootstraps Mentoring Foundation.

She is a member of several organizations to include the Orangeburg County Young Professionals, the National Association of Black Journalists and is currently a member of the 2015 Orangeburg County Leadership class.

In addition, she serves as a ministry school-site leader with the Good News Club, a subsidiary of Child Evangelism Fellowship.

Davis is a proud mother, Army veteran and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
