Kim Christfort leads Innovation and Design for the Deloitte Client Experience group where she is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering content, tools, and lab interactions core to creating exceptional client experiences. She focuses on key client touchpoints (transitions, organizational transformation, etc.) and the strengthening of relationship-enhancing
behaviors, including leading the creation and rollout of Deloitte's proprietary personality system Business Chemistry. She is also one of the primary facilitators for Partner and Executive
programs at Deloitte University, and strategic executive labs and off-sites.
Before taking on her current role, Kim spent twelve years in Deloitte Consulting Strategy and Operations specializing in customer and market strategy. Prior to that, she worked in Public Relations and Marketing at The Benjamin Group Inc.
She has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Science, Technology, and Society from Pomona College.
