Kimberly Sago

My name is Kimberly Sago. I own a business with my sister called J&K's Crafty Closet Wreath Designing. I am currently enrolled at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where I'm majoring in English. I love creating new things, which brings me to why I started this blog. First, In my Writing for the Web class, we were assigned to create a blog. At first, I was very skeptical about blogging but more and more, I grown to love it. This Blog is about Creativity, Inspiration, and self love. Creativity is defined as the use of the imagination or original ideas, especially in the production of an artistic work. I believe to be creative one has to let the mind expand to and go to the extreme to find the most extraordinary things. Inspiration is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. I love being inspired, so why not be an inspiration to someone else. To be able to be an inspiration to someone else requires self love, regard for one's own well-being and happiness. You got to love yourself first. One of my favorite quotes states “I don't trust people who don't love themselves and tell me, 'I love you.' ... There is an African saying which is: Be careful when a naked person offers you a shirt.” ― Maya Angelou. Creativity, Inspiration, and Self love along with God, has really gotten me through some tough times.
