Recently diagnosed with multiple food allergies, my free time is now consumed with research and blogging about food allergies and living gluten free. My writing centers on product reviews, recipes, and articles or websites that I have found particularly helpful in my quest to demystify the world of food allergies.

When I'm not blogging or researching you can find me in the classroom teaching my wonderful elementary students or at home spending time with my family.
