Kimberly Flores

Howdy Ya'll!

My name is Kimberly. I am a proud graduate from Texas State University, and currently looking for a job to call my second home. Below is a little peak into who I am. I tried to make it as short and sweet as possible, because I know everyone is busy and there is just not enough time to read a whole autobiography.

If I had to describe myself in three words it would be multi-faceted, trustworthy and positive. I like to see the world in a beautiful light, as chaotic as it can be, being positive just seems to work for me. I've learned I'm trustworthy through different jobs. I'm always the person everybody trust with their secrets, and that's ok with me. Lastly, during my college career I tried to be as active as I could with different organizations and internships. I tried to dabble into different areas, which include: marketing, journalism, videography, graphic design, television news, recruiting, healthcare, social media and project management. I even tried healthy living, but I will say, that was a tough one that I had to give up. Joking, hope you smiled a bit because we all know it's a bit tough.

I stated in the beginning that I'm a graduate. I love my university and will always remain a Texas State Bobcat. I received a Bachelors of Science in Electronic Media and Mass Communications last year. I also have a Associates in Liberal Arts. During my college career I interned at a few locations. They are all completely different from one another, but I would not change that at all. It began at the Archdiocese of San Antonio where I was the Directory Coordinator. I learned data entry, community relations, book pricing and a whole lot about the Catholic community. Afterwards I went on to Christus Santa Rosa Hospital, The Kyle Chamber of Commerce, Texas State University's Student Center and The YMCA of Greater San Antonio. I practiced marketing, promotions, social media for businesses, recruiting, human resources, more data entry, event planning, time scheduling, account management, project management, directing, video storytelling and so much more.

So now I'm looking for a job where I can continue to grow my skills in as many different areas as possible. Also, I have a great project I would like to incorporate into San Antonio. Ultimately, it would lead more students into higher education. I think I've said enough though. Email me for more. You can also watch some of my videos
