When Kimberly Mule moved from Wyoming to New York, everyone she knew expected her to return home within two weeks. That was 1989. In the 22 years since, Kimberly Mule has developed an impressive career and proven that taking risks and having ambition are two key elements to success. Kimberly Mule began her professional human resources career in 1995 when she began working as a Human Resources Associate for Hitachi America, Ltd., located in Tarrytown, New York. There, she processed payroll, managed paperwork surrounding new hires and terminations, interpreted benefits, and performed a variety of other functions. From there, Kimberly Mule progressed forward as Human Resources Generalist in Stamford, Connecticut, for MemberWorks, Inc. (now Vertrue, Inc.), in Norwalk, Connecticut, where she served as a Human Resources Generalist. Her experience would prove invaluable when next she accepted a role as Director of Human Resources for Learn2.com, reporting directly to the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Kimberly Mule then spent just over a year as the Manager of the Human Resources Consulting Division for Information Builders in New York City, working closely with the management team and advising on a number of staffing solutions. In 2003, Kimberly Mule took a position as Director of Human Resources North America for Boots Retail USA Inc., the U.S. division of European parent company Alliance Boots GmbH. There, she strategically developed the Human Resources department and all of its policies, built the number of full-time and part-time employees to 300 in less than 3 years, and managed a budget of $3 million. In 2008, Kimberly Mule became the Human Resources Manager for Kobrand Corporation. During a time of unprecedented financial instability, she was able to align and unite the workforce toward common success. She has been working as a private Human Resources Consultant for the past year.
