I am 50 (old by most standards and certainly by my own standards) and have known this verse my entire life yet only understood it with my heart recently. As a result, I am now living, not like an old woman but with a depth of fullness in Jesus that has overflowed into my marriage, my parenting, and my creative side. Everything is richer, more fulfilling, & fun!
