I am a northern girl that has happily resided in the south since 1999. I am incredibly blessed to have a great family, a wonderful network of friends, and a gorgeous town like St. Augustine to call home. Depending upon the season, you can find me religiously watching football, hockey, or baseball. I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen with my boyfriend is my favorite past time. I love to run, swim surf, cycle, and do box jumps. Educating myself on fitness and nutrition has become a recent obsession, but I love the effects it has on my fitness level. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people. There is no one I don't know, just people I haven't had the opportunity to meet yet!
