I am a psycho-spiritual teacher, therapist & healer, feminist academic, published poet, author, artist, and musician.

After all these years, after walking many artistic, psychological and spiritual paths, my soul has found its sweet space in the world running the School of the Sacred Arts, an overarching name to describe a psycho-spiritual self-developmental journey I provide based on archetypal and narrative therapy that brings together in a healing nexus my love of art, language, psychology, and spirituality.

I use Tarot and Astrology as catalysts for this journey. The Courses are based on depth psychology and the practice of compassion, loving kindness, Self-Realisation, and total embrace within.

My motto is "Learn to love your humanity and be embraced by the Beloved Within".

I believe that at the end of every path the Beloved waits to embrace You. That you are that which you seek...
