An experienced real estate professional in Fort Worth, Texas, Kim Gill led his own property investment and development company from 1984 to 1999. As president of Kim Gill Investments, he prepared cost estimations and profit forecasts, conducted necessary government negotiations, oversaw on-site construction activities and processes, provided final approval of all construction payables, and led the creation of presentations for the company’s various development partners. Projects completed by this company include Bentridge Estates in Hurst and the Tom Thumb Shopping Center in Lewisville.

Kim Gill currently serves as chairman of real estate development for Fort Worth’s Sable Holdings, a company that completes commercial and residential projects throughout Texas’ greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. His duties in this position include overseeing all aspects of the development process from land acquisition to finished lots/tenet finish.

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Gill enjoys playing golf and tennis in the summer and snow skiing in the winter. He also received the Paladin Award for his ongoing support of various charitable initiatives.
