A proven leader, Kim Jaquillard is the CFO of Novare, LLC, in Madisonville, Louisiana. She cofounded the company in 2001 and has since provided the workers’ compensation insurance sector with a variety of cost-effective and efficient managed care services. Some of the services she and the company provide include Medicare set-asides, workers’ compensation medical case management, and medical bill review. In 2005, Kim Jaquillard helped open Novare Texas, LLC, in Frisco, Texas. She is now the CFO of both locations.

Ms. Jaquillard began her career shortly after graduating from Nicholls State University with a bachelor of science in accounting. She began working at a public accounting firm in New Orleans and held a variety of positions over the course of seven years. She subsequently spent ten years working as a region controller for Waste Management, Inc., in Mississippi and Louisiana, before going into business for herself in 2001.
