As Head of Finance for celebrity make up company JK Make Up I led the company through massive change, implemented cost optimization procedures, changed the companies culture and approach to finance and advised the Board on all finance matters.

Leadership – I am a natural leader and very comfortable providing direction at all levels of an organization. My role as Head of Finance tested and developed these skills as I had to lead the company through a total restructure caused by cashflow issues. , positive influence, drive efficiency

Best practice – I approach everything I do with the highest of standards which has only be possible through my continued professional development. I invest a lot of my time in personal development and was recently elected deputy chair for CIMA NSW

Continuous improvement – I’ve built my career on one simple principle – work smarter. I don’t join companies to maintain the status quo. I join to make a difference, to improve processes and look for opportunities. This is what I did at Cubic where I introduced a whole new approach to planning and analysis.
