Leadership and lifestyle expert Kim MacGregor is a busy mom of three girls, wife, entrepreneur, author, speaker, philanthropist and founder of the global grassroots movement “I Believe She’s Amazing.”

Over a 25+ year career, she has dabbled in and out of corporate and entrepreneurial businesses, trying to find balance between purposeful work and time and financial freedom to be with her children.

Working her Arbonne business 10-15 hours per week, alongside a 90-minute commute to work (each way) and a 50+hour work week in corporate, she has grown a successful business that allowed her to replace her six-figure corporate job in just 3 years.

Today, she is living a “life by design,” and is on a mission to empower women to take back control of their lives, get off the crazy “hamster-wheel,” create OWNERSHIP and build a financial fortress around themselves and their families.
