Kimberly O'Farrell Neumann

Rigor and professionalism balanced with easy-going acceptance. Kim’s colleagues joke that she seems to have been “born with a suit on,” yet she feels particularly comfortable among people who are light-hearted. Kim is a Northern Californian who knows “what it’s like to miss New Orleans.” She spent her summers growing up in Ireland and her early career as a professor in Minnesota. In addition to helping corporate leaders improve, she raises two boys, practices yoga, and enjoys cooking.
