I am a highly experienced Business Strategist, Enterprise / Business Architect,amd Process Architect having successfully completed more than 30 years in a range of activities concerned with business / architectural modelling & frameworks, complex and strategic business analysis, process performance improvement, functional/workflow analysis, policy & strategic planning; governance, program & project management delivery, organisational & IT change management, relationship management, compliance reviews, quality assurance and practitioner mentoring/training.
Within Corporate settings I have extensive experience in identifying, defining and designing end to end business services for application services and the wider business environment. This has involved the analysis of business processes, recommending the prioritisation of business & IT initiatives (projects) and necessary changes to Information Model.
Alignment of operational and business initiatives to the organisational strategic plan has been a key focus for the last 10 years. This has required significant engagement across the organisational landscape involving senior business stakeholders, IT and Service Providers.
To delivery these outcomes I have developed governance frameworks, models and an end-to-end view at across the local business and enterprise levels integrated across the architectural models.
