Kim Pope

Ms. Pope has built organizations internally, from fortune 100-500, and privately held organizations, as well. Kim has been able to attract talent in technology, as well as, eleven other functional areas.

In June 2011 Kim started thinking about her goals and where she wanted to be and what she wanted to do. She used her networking skills in Los Angeles and landed a consultant role with a privately held e-commerce organization. Kim incorporated, her idea, into a company Imbelong, Inc. Kim is the CEO/Founder of Imbelong, Inc. And is currently building a social networking site www.imbelong.com that will revolutionize recruiting today, stay tuned! Kim ties her success to your success; she feels that we are only successful together. Kim is not a one size fits all model. She embraces diversity and seeks to adapt and change to her audience. Kim is not the “McDonald’s of recruiting; instead she is the boutique approach who helps tailor your goals to your next adventure. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and refers to herself as a “change agent.”

Kim loves recruiting because she can make a difference in someone’s life. She can be the recruiter who coaches them, educates them and guides them to their first or fifth career adventure. Additionally, Kim finds the best talent by using the out-of-the-box methods. Kim is always researching and using Boolean methods to find talent. Kim can often be seen in her “beach” formal attire attending an all-night hack-a-thon. Kim claims she is a nerd for the nerds. Kim is a tech geek, and she loves to learn and embrace new technologies. Kim loves the complexity of people, and how they are never predictable. She likes that recruiting offers her ability to reach people both locally and globally. She loves building teams and working as a team with the Engineers, and Executive leadership. Kim’s approach is always collaborative and dynamic.
