Kimberly Shipley

I am a Currently seeking employment due to company downsizing. I currently live in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. I have held Customer Service jobs all my life. I worked for a Housing Authority for the last 19 years and I managed the waiting lists and verified eligibility for a federally assisted program. I was also the Case Manager for the Family Self Sufficiency Program and I met with individuals and families and mentored and referred them to other agencies to help them overcome obstacles to improve their standard of living. I have excellent customer service skills and I get along well with others and would be an asset to your company.

My interests range from animals to fitness. I am also interested in volunteering, reading, and crafts.
