Not quite the empty nest syndrome I hear people whining about...i have been a single mom and raised two beautiful children that are now young adults enjoying life and trying new challenges. Now it's time to focus on what's lies ahead! Since I was 16yrs old, I have been involved in real estate in some fashion or another. Today, I am still an active full time Broker and Certified Distress Property Expert. My experience ranges from working with first time hombebuyers, to successfully negotiating short sales with banks and preventing foreclosures for many families. In short, I help people buy and sell homes. Because there is so much misinformation out there on the buying and selling side, I decided to create a blog.
