Teaching IB ESS has been an evolutionary experience, continuously morphing me as an individual and my thought processes. It is easier for me to be accommodative of the others perception.

I have realized further, that in inorder to add an IB learner profile and international mindedness to my teaching it is imperative for me to firstunderstand my core values and perspectives , my own local environment before moving on to the global level. Ipersonally feel that this can be one of the best practices that if incorporated in people’s outlook will not onlyenhance academia but also the way of life in general.

I also want to take this opportunity to add that I exhibit an adventurism and love to keep myself updated with new experiences in life. It lies at the core of my interest to travel to new places and encounter new cultures

. I also putimmense virtue in honestly enjoying the little moments in life and keep humour at the highest of pedestals. I like tothink of myself as a humble Renaissance Man. Inventive and creative ideas are natural to me and to give it atangible shape brings immense joy to me.
