I was always known as a "runner". I was exposed at an early age to competitive sports, especially running and swimming.

I believe it was the ancient Greeks that didn't let anybody run for public office that couldn't swim. This is great policy. Ben Franklin enjoyed swimming as well.

I love learning about people, and Social Psychology was my favorite class at the U of Minnesota (Twin Cities).

I have developed ways to train that are safer, yet still provide the explosiveness necessary to win.

I am currently enrolled in the masters program at AMU in Sports Management and have learned a lot so far. I'm currently studying Sports Law.

I believe that a team member is either helping or hurting the team with their behaviors and personality. Managing is about getting the best out of the people you have and making changes when necessary.
