Born on February 14, 1987, into the family of late Ojiowhor, God power Wogwunka Wobo. he has built a strong and credible presence within Rivers State politics through years of dedicated service and consistent impact.
A graduate of Office Technology & Management, he further advanced his academic pursuit by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Political Science, strengthening his expertise in governance, policy, and public administration.
With a political journey that began in his youth, Hon. Wobo demonstrated early qualities of discipline, loyalty, and leadership. His passion for governance and community advancement earned him recognition among senior political stakeholders, paving the way for his steady rise through the ranks of public service.
