In 2014 Pakki and Sam took a trip to Sam’s home country of France. Among sundry other wonderful things, Pakki discovered new French dishes made by Sam’s mother, who is an excellent home cook. Once they were back in Bangkok, Pakki was disappointed to learn that the dishes she fell in love with are extremely difficult to find in the capital city, despite being a renowned culinary destination, so she started asking Sam to replicate his mom’s recipes for her in his home kitchen instead. Unfortunately, making a home cooked meal every night proves impossible for their busy lives.
